TRANSPORT SERVICE IN VIETNAM<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Its not too difficult to find a vehicle to\u00a0 travel in Vietnam, after checking out from Noi Bai Airport in Hanoi or Tan Son Nhat airport in HCM city, what you should do is to buy a sim card that cost around 5 $ in order to have 4G internet connection, so you can easily get a taxi or other vehicles to get to the city center, Grab app is popular in Vietnam, and it is cheap too.<\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

1. Hanoi<\/a> Noi Bai Airport<\/strong> – International Airport, there are many types of transportation services. For a flat rate of around US$16 (sedan) or US$19 (SUV), an airport taxi will take you to downtown Hanoi. Toll fee are included, so you just need to tell the driver the address of your hotel or any destination.<\/p>\n

Airport minibuses are another option worth considering. Minibuses offer trips to your hotel or residence for as low as $2. The only drawback is that the minibus only leaves the airport when full. Some airports such as Noi Bai and Da Lat run out of seats quickly due to limited numbers.<\/p>\n

At Hanoi airport, if you don\u2019t have much luggage or are afraid to take public transport, use public bus number 7 or 17. The bus stop is just few minute away. The bus runs every 15 minutes from 5 am to 10 pm and costs only 5000 VND (0.25 USD). You need to read the bus schedule at the airport before you go out. Bus number 7 goes to Kim Ma and you the bus number 9 is to get to the Old Quarter, and the bus number 17 will take you directly to Long Bien station, a few blocks away from the Old Quarter.<\/p>\n

Similarly, the air-conditioned airport bus number 152 is the cheapest way to get into the city center from Ho Chi Minh City\u2019s Tan Son Nhat International Airport. For 4,000 VND plus 4,000 VND luggage fee, the bus will take you to Ben Thanh market roundabout or Pham Ngu Lao area. The bus is normally on the right side of the exit at the airport until 6pm. Just ignore any taxi driver who tells you that there are no more public buses.<\/p>\n

2. In Ho Chi Minh City<\/strong>,\u00a0taxi is another good option because the price is very affordable. The advice is to stay out of the exit at least 100m because taxis of companies other than Sasco \u2013 airport taxis charge too much, are not allowed to pick up passengers in that area. You can find a Mai Linh or Vinasun taxi, thats is cheaper than private taxi.<\/p>\n

You will have to pay about 180,000 to 200,000 VND for a trip from the airport to the city center. The price of a metered taxi varies from company to company but is generally around VND 18,000 per kilometer plus a toll fee of VND 10,000. In terms of time, from 10pm to 6am when traffic is much less dense, the ride into the city center only takes about 15 minutes, but usually an hour is the minimum amount of time you need to get into the city.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
